This past weekend I officially welcomed 31 rising seniors into the DOP family. I say this every year, but this year the selection process was the craziest it's ever been. Almost 100 girls applied to be part of this year's team. With the help of my selection panel, I was able to choose a representation of like-minded girls from 15 schools in Harford and Baltimore counties and a handful from right over the border in Pennsylvania. The selection panel was new this year and consisted of 3 previous DOP REPS - class of 2020, 2021 and 2022 - plus my two assistants.
Per ususal, we kicked off our year with a big meet and greet and photoshoot. I am so excited for this year and am thrilled to officially introduce this year's team!

This year's theme was a vintage throwback to the 1980's class photo. Our team sweatshirts were designed by All Pro Team Sports and gave the classic collegiate feel. We added in some styles from our fav boutique - Girl Hero to pull together a fun look for our group photo.
